Shipping and Delivery Policy

EMT Exam Pro sells digital products only. We do not currently sell or ship physical products.

All purchases made through emtexampro.com are delivered electronically. No physical package will be mailed to your address, and no shipping charges apply unless clearly stated otherwise on a product page.

Instant Digital Delivery

After your payment is successfully completed, your digital product will normally be delivered electronically through one or more of the following methods:

  • A download link displayed on the order confirmation page

  • A download email sent to the email address used at checkout

  • Access through your customer account

  • A secure digital delivery service

  • A cloud-storage or digital-access link, where applicable

Most orders are delivered within a few minutes after payment confirmation.

No Physical Shipping

EMT Exam Pro does not currently provide physical shipping.

This means:

  • No printed products will be mailed

  • No physical parcel will be shipped

  • No tracking number will be provided

  • No domestic or international shipping fees apply

  • No customs duties or import charges apply to digital downloads

A billing address may still be requested during checkout for:

  • Payment verification

  • Tax calculation

  • Fraud prevention

  • Payment-provider requirements

  • Legal or regulatory compliance

Providing a billing address does not mean that a physical product will be shipped.

Delivery Email

Customers are responsible for entering a correct and accessible email address during checkout.

If you do not receive your download or order email, please check your:

  • Updates folder

We recommend downloading and safely saving your purchased study materials as soon as access is provided.

Delivery Delays

Although most digital products are delivered quickly, occasional delays may occur because of:

  • Email filtering

  • Internet connection problems

  • Shopify technical issues

  • Digital delivery provider issues

  • Temporary website or server interruptions

If your payment is marked as pending, your digital product may not be released until the payment provider successfully confirms the transaction.

Missing Download

If you completed your purchase but did not receive access to your files, please contact us and include:

  • Your full name

  • The email address used at checkout

  • Your order number

  • The product or bundle purchased

  • A brief description of the issue

We will verify your order and, where appropriate, provide assistance, a replacement download link, or the correct files.

Incorrect, Missing, or Corrupted Files

Please contact us if:

  • You received the wrong product

  • A file is missing

  • A file is corrupted

  • A file cannot be opened

  • A download link does not work

  • Access to purchased materials is unavailable

  • The product is materially different from the product description

We will first attempt to resolve the issue by providing:

  • A corrected file

  • A replacement download link

  • The missing material

  • The correct product

  • Technical assistance

File Formats and Compatibility

EMT Exam Pro digital products may be provided in formats such as:

  • PDF

  • PNG

  • JPG

  • ZIP

  • Cloud-storage links

  • Other digital formats identified on the product page

Depending on the product, you may need:

  • A PDF reader

  • A ZIP extraction tool

  • A modern web browser

  • A stable internet connection

  • A printer for printable study materials

  • Appropriate software capable of opening the supplied file format

Customers are responsible for confirming product formats and compatibility before purchasing.

Downloading and Saving Files

Once your purchased files are delivered, you are responsible for:

  • Downloading them promptly

  • Saving them to a secure device

  • Creating a backup copy

  • Keeping download links private

  • Keeping account login information secure

  • Using the products according to the applicable license

We cannot guarantee that individual download links will remain active indefinitely.

Customers should therefore download and securely store purchased materials shortly after receiving access.

Personal Use and Download Sharing

Digital products purchased from EMT Exam Pro are generally licensed for the purchaser's personal educational use only unless a product specifically states otherwise.

You must not:

  • Share your download link with other people

  • Upload purchased files to public websites

  • Upload files to shared drives for unauthorized users

  • Share products through Telegram, Discord, Facebook groups, or other communities

  • Redistribute purchased materials

  • Resell purchased study materials

  • Give copies to other students without appropriate permission or licensing

International Customers

Our digital products can generally be purchased and accessed internationally, subject to:

  • Local laws

  • Payment-provider availability

  • Website restrictions

  • Sanctions or legal restrictions

  • Regional payment limitations

Because no physical goods are shipped, international customers will not receive a physical parcel and will not normally be charged shipping or customs fees.

However, taxes, VAT, GST, sales tax, or similar digital-goods taxes may apply depending on your country, state, province, or region.

These taxes may be calculated during checkout where required.

Order Status

A digital order may appear as fulfilled after the download link, access email, or digital content has been provided.

For digital purchases, “fulfilled” means that the product has been electronically delivered.

It does not indicate that a physical item has been shipped.

EMT Exam Pro primarily provides EMT and NREMT-related educational and exam-preparation materials.

Digital delivery may include products such as:

Digital products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once access has been provided, subject to applicable consumer-protection laws.
